We take a different approach with our facial exfoliants. Adhering to Ayurvedic beauty techniques, we refrain from using sugar, salt, harsh ground seeds or coffee beans in our facial exfoliant. Instead, we select fine botanical powders that gently lift debris from the surface without creating long term damage. Snow White features a rich combination of five botanicals used in Pan-Asian cosmetics to remove, dead skin cells, build-up & excess oils revealing a vibrant and renewed complexion 

Rice Powder | Base exfoliant in the formula, fine rice powder has been used extensively in traditional Chinese & Japanese aesthetics for brightening, tightening & polishing the skin. Naturally soft and calming, rice powder is an ideal grain concerning the longevity of the skin and reveals a refreshed glass-like complexion when used as an exfoliant  

Matcha | Snow white is curated with organic, ceremonial grade matcha, the same matcha we use for tea ceremony. This choice to add superior quality matcha cultivated in Japan allows the skin to reap the full benefits green tea has to offer. This finely powdered tea loads the skin with antioxidants, revealing an unmatched polish to all skin types. 

Yin Er | a nutrient-rich mushroom that has been used in Chinese cosmetics for many centuries. Yin Er has been used in baths, creams and oils as a powerful anti-aging ingredient to leave the skin soft, smooth and youthful. This prized fungus improves skin elasticity & enhances brightness while loading the skin with nourishing phytonutrients 

Bamboo | naturally rich in silica, bamboo powder is an excellent anti-aging ingredient. Because bamboo is a natural astringent, it can be used to address acne and enlarged pores. Snow White features pure bamboo powder that comes from the extracted pulp of Tabashir bamboo stems. This powder acts as a light exfoliant to gently remove build-up while also nourishing the skin

Like many of our products Snow White contains dry ingredients that are activated by water. Dry ingredients optimize your skin-care experience by (1) not requiring the addition of synthetic preservatives, (2) allowing you to curate a fresh preparation with each use and (3) allowing us to package more of our raw ingredients into our containers so you can enjoy your products longer!  

4oz glass jar containing dry powdered raw materials. 2 year shelf life upon delivery. store in cool dry area. dispose product if introduced to moisture.

For External Use Only: Add 1 tablespoon of Snow White to a separate bowl. slowly add pure water to the powder and stir until a cream is formed. Apply Snow White to the face and massage very gently in circular motions being sure to avoid the eyes. Do not press the exfoliant too harshly onto the skin when massaging. Rinse thoroughly. Use once a week to remove excess build-up and skin.

What is Ashe? 

Ashe (Ase) is the Yoruba philosophy by which we may conceive, change and command our environment. Ashe flows through all forms of life and exists to produce authority and power within us.

Sometimes used as a greeting, word of endearment or a form of agreement, Ashe is the power to manifest change. Every human, spirit, animal and river is sustained by Ashe. It is the foundation for life and creativity and is the essential life force behind all things. Ashe is both something that you are and something that you do and is the force by which we will change the world.  

Our Founder 

Ashe Vibes was founded by Leah Santos, an afro-indigenous young woman born in Fort Lauderdale Florida who is passionate about holistic self-care.

With a special concentration in herbal healing, energy work and natural beauty, she is passionate about sharing these skills to help womxn of all walks of life heal, reconnect and thrive.  

Leah received a B.A in sociology from FAU and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine.
