Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 2.25 grams of balance herbal blend to the water and allow the herbs to steep for 20 minutes. Divide this infusion into three equal parts. Take part I in the morning, part II in the afternoon and Part III in the evening (totaling three doses daily).
Discuss implementation of this herbal blend with your doctor before purchasing. Do not take Balance herbal blend if you show no signs of hormonal irregularity. signs of which may include, but are not limited to: hyperactive androgen production, polycystic ovaries and amenorrhea.

Our Founder 

Ashe Vibes was founded by Leah Santos, an afro-indigenous young woman born in Fort Lauderdale Florida who is passionate about holistic self-care.

With a special concentration in herbal healing, energy work and natural beauty, she is passionate about sharing these skills to help womxn of all walks of life heal, reconnect and thrive.  

Leah received a B.A in sociology from FAU and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine.
