Balance Herbal Blend Ingredients | Vitex agnus-castus (organic chaste tree berry), tribulus terrestris (organic puncture vine) Glycyrrhiza glabra (organic licorice root), Actaea racemosa (organic black cohosh), Cinnamomum verum (organic cinnamon)

Slaying the Dragon Ingredients | Viburnum opulus (organic Cramp Bark), Angelica sinensis (organic Dong Quai), Rubus idaeus (organic Raspberry Leaf), Dioscorea villosa (orgamic Wild Yam), Paeonia lactiflora, (organic White Peony), Verbena hastate (organic Blue Vervain), Viburnum prunifolium (organic Black Haw) Cinnamomum burmanni (organic cinnamon) 

Kit Instructions | Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add 2.25 grams of balance herbal blend to the water and allow the herbs to steep for 20 minutes. Divide this infusion into three equal parts. Take part I in the morning, part II in the afternoon and Part III in the evening (totaling three doses daily). Continue to take these herbs until the menses returns.

Begin taking Slaying the Dragon herbal blend once the menses returns to help alleviate menstrual discomfort. Add 6 grams of Slaying the Dragon Herbal Remedy to 1 cup of boiled water. Allow this preparation to steep for 25 minutes. Take this preparation up to three times a day during the onset of your cycle up until menstruation has ended. follow up with your healthcare provider or endocrinologist for testing 30 days after use
