What if I have an adverse reaction to my product? 

It is the responsibility of the customer to review all listed ingredients specified in our product descriptions. Avoid purchasing products that contain ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. It is the responsibility of the consumer to consult with their primary physician before ingesting any of our herbal supplements. Ashe Vibes is not responsible for the onset of adverse reactions to our products of any kind. For this reason, we recommend performing a patch test on all our beauty products before using them as instructed.   

How do I take my herbs?

All dosage instructions are listed in the product description of each individual product. Never take more than what is instructed. Consult with your health care practitioner before ingesting any herbal supplements. If your physician approves of the supplement, adhere to any adjustments in dosage they may set for you.  

Are Yoni Eggs Safe? 

Ashe Vibes only sells yoni eggs/wands that are non-porous in nature. Using non-porous materials ensures that all bacterial and fungal growth internally is inhibited. For this reason, Ashe Vibes only provides a select range of variety in our yoni eggs as many stones sold on the market are not entirely non-porous

Yoni eggs should not be used by women with hyperactive pelvic floor dysfunction. For women who experience myofascial pelvic pain, avoid using a yoni egg or your symptoms may worsen. We do not advise sleeping with your yoni egg in as the stone may create long term changes in pelvic floor physiology. Use your yoni egg during meditation, yoga, qigong and kegel exercises. 

We do not advise that you place your yoni egg in boiling water to cleanse it as other yoni egg sellers suggest. High heat can easily alter and damage the gentle structure of your crystal. Using unscented antibacterial soap (or a sex-toy cleanser of your choosing) with warm water should be sufficient in cleaning your stone. All Ashe Vibes Yoni Eggs have a drilled hole. For this reason, we recommend using disposable pipe cleaners to thoroughly clean the inside of the drilled hole. 

Are all the Products certified organic?

Although we delight in having a product line with completely organic ingredients, we are not certified organic. We hope to submit our products for this certification in the near future! 

*Our hydrous (water-based) beauty products contain a safe synthetic preservatives to ensure they do not go rancid. All water based cosmetic products require a preservative otherwise their shelf life is about 2-4 days after being formulated. For this reason, our water based products are only 99% percent natural & organic. 

All herbal formulas are 100% organic  

I accidentally input the incorrect address/email address. Can I change it?

Email AsheVibes@gmail.com with your order number and the correct information and we will happily make the change. If your product was shipped out before we received your email, we are not responsible for sending another package to the correct address

I checked my confirmation email and I ordered the wrong item(s). Can I change my order?

We can make changes to your order as long as the product has not already been shipped out. Customers are responsible for any price differences associated with order changes.

Can I add an item to my order?

To add item(s) to your existing order, contact AsheVibes@gmail.com to receive a separate invoice for the additional items you’d like sent to you. Once paid for, the additional items will be added into one single package. If the newly added item(s) elevates your total cost to over $100.00, your shipping cost will be rescinded! Additional items can only be added to an existing order if the package has not already been shipped out.

I never received my package!

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact USPS directly to locate your package. 

Once a package has been shipped, we rescind all responsibility for the final destination of your package. Ashe Vibes LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

I was not available to pick up/receive my product and it was returned to sender. Can I have it sent again?

Absolutely. If your package has been sent back to us, we will reach out to you to send it out again. The customer will be charged a reshipping fee that is equal to the initial cost of shipping the item.
