Set Instructions | Feel free to combine your teas or enjoy them separately. Bring 2 cups of spring water to a boil and add 1-2 blue lotus flowers to the water. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of pea flower to the water and allow the herbs to steep for 8 minutes then gently stir. Feel free to sweeten your brew or add fresh lemon juice to turn your tea vibrant purple. Enjoy both warm or cool. Refrigerate any remaining tea and enjoy for up to 48 hours.
